Front End Repair Question

Purchased a 98 sr5 4runner with a front end that was zip tied together.

I have found various packages on ebay for grills, headlights, core support, and those little bumper extension flaps.

The body shop says there are expensive clips that hold the front together,

are these them? and any other helpful tips apprciated!

also body shop telling me 10 hours of larbor to do core support?
