Front end thump with videos, help me diagnose!!

So I've had this thump for a while now, it happens when I turn left and my weight shifts to the right side, and immediately is followed by a thump thump thump. I thought it to be the passenger CV axle but after replacing it it still does it. In the videos, my front end is jacked up off of the ground and suspension is fully drooped. In the videos you can see that the tire spins freely for little bit and then hits a stop while spinning, upon further spinning my tire if you look closely you can see that it picks up all of my suspension components and shifts the whole differential. Im currently lost as to what it would be. Could it me something with the shaft that connects to my differential? My CV axel is brand new... Help Please

I'm going to assume you didn't watch the video in the link provided.

lol sorry i was at work and couldn't load it up.. but i distinctly remember dealing with a thump sound from bad sway bar mounts and your description sounded similar. but looks like you have ruled that out. Disregard.

I also see you dont even have the swaybar lol so never mind

Needle bearings? have you pulled the cv to inspect if anything looks broken behind it?

I did look back there when I pulled the cv but to be honest I'm not too sure what I'm looking at. Everything looked to be in tact. Does anyone have any diagrams of it ?

I would look at the two mounts for the front diff. They shouldn't move that much. Either they are loose or they are worn.

The two mounts where you have the jack between them.

I'm thinking the bushing mount looks worn/has a lot of play because it's been subject to a lot of vibration, its the effect but not the cause.

You say it happens under compression when driving while turning left, but apparently it happens at full droop while it's on the jack stands too? How about when the CV is dead centered?

It doesn't do it while going straight and doesn't do it while turning right so also its subject to speed if I'm going slow it doesn't do it but going fast it does. I did also tighten the from dif mounts and they are tight even used a breaker bar to snug them down.

Those videos are deceiving because your axles are binding since you have the vehicle jacked up. While your truck is on the ground, I would look to see how close your factory upper control arms are to the coil spring. It almost seems like the arm is touching/hanging up on the coil spring, and that would explain why it only does it one way and not the other since alignment adjustments are always different from side to side, which changes the symmetry of all moving parts, along with weight distribution and flex of the vehicle. Especially without the sway bar installed.

To find a fix I put my sway bar back on and am going to get a dif drop (yes I know people say it doesn't help but it doesn't hurt to try, although some did say it fixed their binding issues). Also I will post some pictures on flat ground of the cv axles and UCA with full drop they do hit my coils which I'm aware of.

I'm not a fan of diff drop kits either, but every little bit helps. I was looking at your build thread, which your truck looks great btw, and your lift is a little bigger than most people go in the front. I think with some UCA's and a diff drop kit, it should eliminate your issue. But I guess we will see. I'd love the updates though. I want mine to looks like yours when I lift it.

Is this an OEM CV?

Regardless, the amount of play in your diff mount is excessive. The mounts should be replaced.

Getting a diff drop already? Have you tried tightening the mounts yet?

Yes I have tighten them as much as I could even with the breaker bar and they still shift the bushings look to be intact and fine.

Also the cv is not OEM it's actually import direct (had it in the past and they do good).

I bet it's a CV issue. I would not run anything other than a Toyota axle after countless documented issues with anything else.
