Front end tick

Pretty basic question.
At 60+mph I have a tick from the front end. Can't tell,where its coming from. No nails in tires, nuts are tight, I've searched underneath and nothing appears to be loose.
Any suggestions?

lift the front wheels and rotate it really fast and compare it with the other side.

I had the same issue. Only heard it when my window was down. Turns out it was my right rear brake pad. Worn to the nub and making a clicking instead of a squeal... Switched the pad out, problem solved.

So I figured out what the stupid tick was......loose wheel weight of all things!
Drove me crazy but found it, fixed it....DONE.
