Front gear oil leak near breather?

First post on here because I usually find what I need by searching but no such luck today.

I've got a front gear oil leak drivers side all down the frame which includes the upper a-arm area. Almost like oil is coming out the breather...? However the breather tube is dry. It smells, looks, and feels like gear oil, Its not brake fluid or engine oil because it has that distinct gear oil smell...

Areas all around cv boots are dry near the gearbox. Front diff is not overfilled...

Can those breather tubes somehow spit out oil when its super cold out?
