Hello all, I couldn't find anything on this particular issue when I searched. I'll try and explain as best as I can.
Anyone know how to fix the reclining joint/hinge on automatic leather front seats? My issue is with the driver seat. The left side of the seat back locks fine, but the right side of the seat back is loose and moves back and forth. I took it apart to try and fix it, but don't know what part goes where. Pics below:
Here is what it should look like. This is the passenger seat, which works properly. I didn't want to take it apart to see how it's supposed to fit b/c I didn't want to risk messing it up.

Now the driver seat with the issue. Can't really tell by looks, but it's very loose. The c-clip was off when I took it apart. I found it loose inside the little spaces.

These 2 little pieces were inside the "hinge" in the above pic. I feel like there should be 3 b/c that would make a complete circle around the center rod.

It'd be easier to replace the seat, I know. For now, I'd like to try and fix it so I don't have to spend any extra money just yet. If I can't fix it, I'll be looking for a '01-'02 sport cloth seat. If you have one, I'm interested! Thanks in advance!
