I've been on the lookout for a few years now for a replacement to my front mudflaps-which no longer fit once I went to Bushwacker fender flares.
I found this product at the local NAPA store and I got them put on today.
821-7048 is the product number, I have attached a picture I think...

I've experimented with a few different materials over the years, the latest attempt was using rubber flooring 'runner' material. So I already had a driver's side template to make the left side front an easy install.
The TW splash guard comes with 4 cut outs perforated at the top, so that made locating the top screw just a matter of deciding how much material I wanted to stick out past the fender flare. You can see one of the cutouts in the last photo.
All 4 of the screws in the wheel well are 10mm heads, and I believe the sizing of the screw to be a M6 with a 1.50 pitch. If someone can verify those figures it may be of some help to others.
You'll notice from the dimensions of the TW splash guard that it is a full 1/4 inch thick. If I get around to it I may look for slightly longer M6 screws to replace the OEMs for a bit more grip atop the rubber.
I then determined the location of to the bottom screw by backing out the threads of it a bit and using a rubber mallet to pound around the screw head-this left enough of a dimple that I could remove the top screw, and drill out the bottom hole.
I repeated the process for the middle 2 screws, I used a yellow wax pencil to coat the screw heads and dimpled them with the mallet, removed top and bottom screws and then drilled out the middle 2 holes.
I have about 2 and 1/8 inches of additional coverage now outside the Bushwacker Extend a Fender flares-and about 5.25 inches of coverage from the bottom of the wheel well.
Hope this helps some folks out, I know front mudflaps are a pretty constant topic on here.
