Front passenger window

Hello,
My front passenger window doesn't go up using the passenger door switch. The master switch is fine- quick and smooth- but the passenger switch only goes down. I have change out the switch two times- junkyard parts. Once is a awhile it will momentarily go up- just a little- but I cannot duplicate readily.
Other curios symptom is that the switch is suppose to illuminate but does not.
The FSM shows a power window module under the dash( blue vertical box)- very pricy - Over $500. Yikes :jaw drop:
Any guidance- hints- suggestions- side comment- all will be appreciated .

If you have a multimeter you can check to make sure that you have voltage going to the switch. If you do then make sure you have voltage going to your window motor when you push the switch. If you still have voltage then I would guess that your window motor is shot.

if the motor is shot RockAuto Auto Parts had them on sale i bought new motors for 30$ and regulators for 25$.

Nice...wish I knew about this...bought mine from Napa called the dealer they wanted 300 for just the motor...
