Front Receiver in WA?

Hey folks, long time lurker here. Finally decided to introduce my self.

Currently have had my 98 4runner Limited with a TRD supercharger for almost 2 years and loving it.

What gets me posting today is I am trying to figure out the best way to put a receiver on the front for a winch. Does anyone around the Seattle have a set up I could look at or know of any shop that might be able to help me with this.

i know this came up in the 3rd gen section, check their... but if you can find one for a tacoma that will work as they are basically the same trucks
