Front suspension operation footage

Been a while since I've posted on here,
Just thought I would share a little video that I took yesterday as after reviewing it I was quite shocked myself. This is not a perspective most people get to see very often. This was just some very mild driving around my area, no major speed bumps or whoops or anything. I did do some hard acceleration an braking as you will see and hear in the video.
Make sure to look at the LCA bushings as I was absolutely shocked while watching how they compress and shift during driving. I mean it truly took me back simply because of how stiff they are when trying to do anything to them manually (installing a lift etc.). I also post this on here to see whether maybe my LCA bushing are shot, they shouldn't be after only 30k miles but who knows. I did follow the proper procedure to tighten LCA bolts back up once car is back on the ground after installing a lift as I hear if you do not, the bushings can be sitting at a state of tension which is not good.

be sure to enjoy in 4K if your computer can handle it!

PLEASE DISREGARD MY BODY MOUNT. I KNOW THAT IT IS HORRIBLY CHOPPED BUT I ASSURE YOU IT WILL BE FIXED SOON.
