Front Tow Hooks

Is there any place to easily mount tow hooks on the front of our 4Runners? Or what would be the best way of hooking up a tow strap to the front if we need to be pulled?

You should have a tow loop up front already.

You might be right. Isnt it a smaller loop that's meant for securing your vehicle to a flat bed if its getting towed? Is it strong enough to yank on with a strap if you get stuck?

its strong enough. Any tow hook you put in there will be the same strength. Its bolted with 2 bolts to the frame and i dont know if you ever tried to get them off but you have to kick the wrench about 5 times to get them loose. any hook on there will go in the same place and prob wont be as tight as when the dealer put them on.

I am not going to add any hooks if there is already a loop there. I just couldnt remember if there was one or not! Loops are definitely stronger, just a bit harder to hook up to.
