Front wheel bearing on it's way out?

Swapped the driver's axle this afternoon and found the back of the wheel bearing spitting grease. Think it's got one foot out the door?

At the very least the seal is shot, any play in the bearing?

No, it was still tight. Guess I should start putting some pennies in the jar.
