Front Windshield Fluid not working

The fluid is not coming out to clean the front window. The rear is working fine.

I found the reservoir tank completely empty (odd since I barely use it). Filled it up and have been watching for a week.
The tank has emptied a few inches, but figure it is due to the lines being empty.
-Do not see any moisture buildup, so assume the line is not leaking.
-Did not see any lines disconnected or bent after a quick look around.
-The motor sounds like it is working, but will find someone to help me confirm this.
-Since the back is working, guessing it is not a fuse.
-Thought one of the wiper fluid nozzles would shoot out some fluid if it was a clog on the nozzle.

What else can I look for when I do a more in-depth inspection? Will double check everything listed above.

Did you refill the tank or has the dealer been doing it?

SE Toyota is notorious for using water in warm climates which turns to mildew ass and can clog the system.

If you can't find a kink, run it for a minute or so and it might dislodge the clog.
