Frozen lca cam bolts, unable to adjust camber

I went to the dealership to get my ball joints checked and for an alignment. They said my ball joints had no play, but the passenger side is leaking grease. (Might as well replace them I guess). Then they said they couldn't align the truck because the lca cam bolts we're frozen and the left tie rod is far gone. I replaced the tie rod, which was so easy I couldn't believe it. Then I went to work breaking loose the cam bolts. The driver side bolts must have been replaced by PO, but passenger side were pretty stuck. I got the front bolt free pretty easily, but the back one is in a tight spot. My impact couldn't get it loose and I'd need to get it on a lift to get my breaker bar long enough to get it.

The service manager guy made me feel like an *******, saying my truck is rusty and I should dump it. I think they're just spoiled at the dealer and work on new cars all day, so when they see my t4r, it's like a new world to them.

Anyway, has anyone else ran Into this issue? I searched and saw its a big problem on the 4th Gen, but haven't seen much about 3rd. Here's some pics

The alignment shop heated them with a propane torch with my permission to align it. I think if you heated them and they cooled before you adjusted it wouldn't do you any good. This pretty much ruined the already shot bushings but got it in spec until I had time and money to do it right.

I also don't have the rust issue that you do, so yours could be worse.

I see. Maybe I'll order a bolt and bushing then take it to get aligned, so they can replace it while they're in there. After I do the ball joints that is...

Thanks, I'm hopeful now haha
