Frozen windshield washer fluid

Slushy frozen reservoir, slushy frozen lines. I have a heater on it, and I poured isopropyl alcohol into the reservoir. Hopefully it'll melt so I can siphon/drain/pump the old fluid out and replace with RainX orange. Is there a simple way to drain this, maybe pull the pump off the bottom? Looks easy to get to from the front.

I always have my rig in the garage when not in use. So my reservoir is always wet and not frozen. Right after Thanksgiving i pumped all of the (green) Prestone BugShield and poured one spray bottle of Prestone de-icer in it THEN poured a whole gallon of (yellow) Prestone De-icer.

That was easy. Siphoned, pumped front and rear dry, added a little and pumped that dry, then filled with RainX. It didn't take the whole gallon, thought it would. I see two pumps on the reservoir, I'm guessing front and rear pumps, didn't see that in the shop manual and electrical diagram I downloaded.

When i say "i pumped", i meant i literally washed both my windshield and rear window 'til nothing would squirt out.
