Frozn Runner build thread

Figured I'd start a build thread for my 4runner. Nothing major for a while but still starting to make it my own. Work will be starting soon so I thought for now I'd post the baseline. It is a 2007 SR5 4WD V6.

As you can see it has spent the majority of it's life in Canada.

I have another tailgate ready to go on, but it looks like I have to drop the headliner to get to the electrical and washer fluid connections. I've looked at a few threads about headliner removal and not looking forward to it. Any suggestions if I just want to get at those 2 connectors?

The only rust issues are the tailgate and the top of the rocker panel under the plastic trim at the driver's door. The underside is in great shape.

Since it only came with winter tires on the factory wheels I've been looking for something for summer. I decided on 17" Center Line RT2 wheels with 265/70R17 Hankook Dynapro ATM tires. Because of the tire size I really had to add a bit of lift so got the Daystar 2.5/1.5 leveling kit.

I'm hoping to get some better pics but for now here is the new setup.

I've done a search but couldn't find any help. Is there an admin I can contact to get the name of this thread changed? I just noticed the typo in "build" in the thread title.

Frozn is correct though.

Thanks.

You should be able to edit the title yourself, go to your original post in this topic and click on edit, when the reply box appears for a normal edit, click on "Go Advance" link at the bottom of the box, once the advance reply box appears you can edit the title there.

In my experience, that only changes the title inside the thread at the top. It doesn't change the link out in the 4th gen section.

Thanks, yes I just tried the edit on one of my topics and it does indeed only changes the title at the first post and not in the forum index.

Oh well, it's halfway there!! LOL
