Hey, I am making a small batch of 1/2" body lift spacers out of UHMW and will be selling sets for $35 shipped!

The beauty of this kit; no new bolts, no steering spacers, and no radiator drop brackets necessary.

This extra 1/2" might solve some rubbing issues or flex/stuffing issues for a very low price!

UHMW is a VERY strong plastic that is used for cutting boards, bullet proof vests, and much more. These spacers will last forever.

Not really... When you go taller you get interference issues with the fan and shroud and your steering needs to be lengthened

It's solved a lot of people's problems with rubbing. Another guy is making the same ones for the FJ and was able to run 35's with no rubbing

How hard are these to install and how would i go about doing it?
I want to do it myself but dont know how.

Do me a favor and measure the width of the body bushings please. I can make em to fit!

The stock bolts are long enough for a 1/2" lift to fit just fine Many have done this and love the 1/2" lift just because of the ease of installation.

I'm 18 too. It's easy. You unbolt all the body mount bolts, you use a piece of wood to jack the body up one section at a time and drop the spacers in. Reuse stock bolts and you are good to go! There are many writeups. Find one you like

Do you have stock bumpers? If you have stock bumpers, no gap issues. It's only 1/2".

After market bumpers can be adjusted up or you can use weather stripping to fill the gap

With this kit, you don't need to extend your steering or anything. No dropping the fan shroud, nothing! It's simple as can be!
