Advance Auto gold 24F battery - 18 months
New spark plugs, NGK wires - 7 days
3 new fuel injectors on passenger side, 1 new coil pack on cyl 1 - 7 days
fuel filter - 2 weeks
Changed alternator - 12 months ago
Tires - Continental Cross Contact LX20 Eco+ - 18 Months
Always changed oil every 5k with mobil1 synthetic
Diff oil - front, mid, rear all changed with Mobil1 Diff Oil - 5k miles
Tranny fluid - changed at 175k
Sensors changed (using OEM/Denso)- MAF, Throttle Position Sensor, Air Fuel Ratio Sensor, Rear O2 Sensor
Brakes - Brembo rotors and drums, OEM Toyota Brake pads and shoes
Brake fluid flushed 12 months
Coolant changed - 12 months
Rear O2 Cat replaced - 24 months (Rear O2 Sensor also has a low pass filter installed to stop CEL)
Timing belt, water pump replaced at 180k
Shocks - Monroes changed at 150k
Swaybar bushings and endlinks changed at 150k
all dashboard light bulbs changed
valve cover gasket - 3 months ago

Comes with husky floor liners and factory floor mats which look brand new !

Things that i would work on if i had more time:
1 fog light bulb is out
Parking brake wire adjustment

Other than that, she runs fine and extremely reliable. Never has it left me stranded anywhere.
