I am trying to get down to one vehicle, so it's time to find the trusty 4Runner a new home. I'm the second owner and have put about 15,000 miles on her. The original owner is a service manager at a Houston Lexus dealer who bought it new for his daughter to drive to school in Boulder, Colorado. She commuted from Boulder to Houston (1,100 miles each way) and back several times per year for college which accounts for most of the 171,600 miles on the clock. There are meticulous service records for it's entire life that show it's been extremely well taken care of. I have 2 keys and 2 keyless remotes for the truck. The four wheel drive works flawlessly. It shifts smoothly through all of the gears in both 2wd and 4wd. I have a folder full of receipts from all the services that have been done over the years including recently.
During my time owning her, here's what I've done:
-Full timing belt service with all belts, water pump, tensioners, crank seal
-New radiator and hoses with full system flush
-Full transmission flush and new filter
-New BF Goodrich tires all around
-Air conditioning recharged
-New front rotors and pads
-New rear brake shoes and machined drums
-New brake fluid
-New K&N drop in filter
-New Bosch spark plugs
-New rear axle seals, bearings, fluid
-New Bilstein 5100 shocks all the way around
-New Old Man Emu coils all the way around
-4 wheel alignment guaranteed by NTB until July 2016 nationwide
-New legal tint all around (20% rear and 35% front)
-New Kenwood CD/DVD/MP3/Satellite receiver with amp and 10" sub
-New Michelin windshield wiper blades
It also comes with some spare parts:
-Toyota FJ Cruiser 6 disc CD changer radio
-Several Toyota interior pieces I picked up "just in case"
The only issue I know of is that the sunroof doesn't open. The motor and button both work but it won't open because the teeth on the cable that actually move the glass are stripped. I have all the parts to fix it but don't have the time to do it. The parts are all Toyota and will come with the sale.
I'm asking $6500/obo for everything. You're welcome to come test drive it or have it checked by your mechanic within a few miles of where I live.
