SOLD:2002 3rd Gen 4Runner SR5 RWD, Only 100K Miles, $7000, Santa Monica, CA!
It's time for me to send this car off to someone else to enjoy it as much as I have.
The following mods were made 2012, all installed by either Dirty Parts or Al & Ed's:
Other noteworthy features:
We built the car to be a camper as well as a commuter. We didn't go offroad but enjoyed the occasional dirt road and appreciated how roomy the car is to sleep in.
The car is in really nice condition both inside and out. Absolutely no rust but some small marks here and there from regular use, and one larger dent on the left rear bumper and panel. If it bothers you I would suggest replacing the outer part of the bumper and fill in the scratches on the panel with repair paint. Let me know if you're worried and I'll take some pictures of that area tomorrow.
I'm about to trade the car in for a '14 TE, but would rather see it go to someone who will enjoy it as much as I did than to some auction stripped of all the parts that made it so nice. I'm a busy man and I suppose so are you. I do not want to spend time on haggling or long phone calls. Send me a PM here or text (XXX)XXX-XXXX if you are seriously interested. The car is in Santa Monica and it will be sold by mid this week, in worst case to the dealer but hopefully to one of you wonderful lads.
I'm asking for $7000 or some sort of offer.
PS. I could sell the Gobi rack and everything that's on it separately if you're interested, and let the dealer have the rest.
