SOLD! 2006 4runner i bought in 2010 with 60-odd thousand miles. it's a silver ext, gray int unit. it is now at 128000. it's in good shape. no dents, v8 runs strong. no interior rips, no dash cracks and totally unmolested. it has new tires, fresh oil change and new k&n cabin and air filters. i have a spreadsheet of all the maintenance i have done.
i haven't operated the sunroof in 3-4 yrs...nor have i ever put it in 4lo. it's never been off road. it throws po333 code occasionally but i just clear it and keep on going. it's more than likely caused by frayed wiring under the intake, according to 2 local toyota dealers, so i've never bothered to fix it. it had the timing belts changed at 93000 miles by a local toyota dealer.
i don't drive it much, mostly in the winter. it's damn surefooted in the rain and snow, as you well know. it's a 3rd vehicle for me.
