FS: Collector Quality 2nd gen 4Runner SR5 4x4 Automatic V6 San Francisco Bay Area
This was the top of the line model for the year. This thing is packed:

I bought this a little over two years ago from the original owner, and practically had to pry it out of her hands! It's like the "little old lady who drove to church" stories. This was a stay at home mom's grocery-getter for the last 20 years and was always garaged, and was well maintained. It really is a time capsule. It even has the original window sticker and floor mats. Everything works, the leather is nice and soft, no issues with the paint, brand new tires, and I've put more than $3000 into mechanical service since I bought it at one of the East Bay's most reputable shops: Art's Automotive in Berkeley.
-Front Brakes
-All fluids flushed and replaced
-Timing belt and all associated belts and seals
-Water pump
-New battery
-New starter (just replaced original!)
-New catalytic converter
-New Front speakers (no modifications made)
-Also includes outdoor custom cover and custom window sun shade.
-Needs lower ball joint replacement (parts included in sale)
The previous owner said the head gasket had been replaced within the last 10,000 miles, and Art's says there's no sign of trouble there. This truck is just stunning. If you want the best looking generation 4Runner in the condition of one 15 years newer, you won't find one better than this. I'm selling because I lost my parking spot at work and now have to pay to park in the city. I was using at my daily commuter, now I hardly drive it. Just bought a motorcycle to commute on. My loss is your gain. It's registered in my name and I have clean title in hand.
