this is a complete 3" Old Man Emu lift kit i took it off my 2002 4runner it has around 7-10k on it. I had it on my truck for about a year and now i have since upgraded. This is a great upgrade for your saggy stock suspension. This kit will fit on any 4runner 96-02. the kit is in perfect working condition and there is no sag. there are a few rock chips in the paint on the lower part of the struts and on the rear shocks, but everything works flawlessly. all bushings are in good shape and no leaking in struts or shocks. the specs on the kit are: 883 front coils with N9004 struts and 890 rear coils with comfort ride rear shocks. i can include a set of toytec 1/4" top out spacers, great to keep your ride height if you are running aftermarket bumpers and winches. Asking $400 local pick up or will ship on your dime.

a diff drop would be a good idea they sell them at toytec for like 30 bucks: Front Differential Drop Kit - Toytec Lifts: Toyota Lift Kits: FJ Cruiser Lift Kits, Tacoma Lift Kits, Tundra Lift Kits, 4 Runner Lift Kits, Sequoia Lift Kits, Toyota Truck Lift Kits and i never ran a panhard drop with this set up my axel was slightly off to the passenger side but not bad at all.
