I'm selling my 1997 4Runner for anyone needing parts or wanting to repair. The exterior body is in great shape with no rust or dings and dents. The underbody has a large section of rust that would need to have a metal weld to be able to pass inspection. The automatic 1st gear has went out and it only operates by shifting from overdrive gears of 1st and 2d up into drive but it does run, but would need a transmission rebuild. The engine also needs a new gasket seal as it leaks some oil around that area. The 4Runner at this time has only 178,000 miles on it. The back tires are still good the antenna works but the sunroof does act spotty from time to time. All in all a great parts vehicle for anyone in need of parts for the years 1996 to 2000 I believe.
