I purchased this beloved vehicle in 2010 with 98K miles on it. It had one previous owner and I was told it had never been in an accident. I found out, shortly afterwards, it had, in fact, been in an accident. I replaced the rear axle and we have been in great shape since. I have taken great care of regular maintenance (timing belt, tires, breaks, oil changes, etc.). No accidents while I've owned it.
For an eighteen year old 4runner, there is normal wear and tear on the exterior and interior. However, it is a rock solid vehicle and I am sad to part with it. We have a baby on the way and upgraded to a 2018.
