For Sale, the stock LCAs off my 2001 Sport Edition 4WD. I removed these arms during a front end rebuild and replaced them with new OEM arms and bushings.
The old bushings were carefully pressed out of the arms using the stock bottle jack method and a propane torch. The rig they came from is rust free, so the old bushings came out with minimal force, and absolutely NO spreading of the arms.
I ordered a set of Whiteline LCA bushings, part #53377A, and pressed them into the old arms, then cleaned them up thoroughly and gave them a fresh coat (two, actually) of Rustoleum Professional semi-gloss black. The arms were rust free prior to the new paint, but had a few chips in the original paint and some scratches from jacking up the rig. All you need to do is lube the inner sleeves, slide them into the bushings, and install. The Whiteline bushings are $60+, so figure that into the price.
These will ship in a 20x20x10 box and weigh 36 lbs. all boxed up, so shipping is going to run between $38 and $70 depending where you are. That being said, the farther you are, the better the deal.
This set of arms is perfect for a drop in replacement and will save you the trouble of dealing with the bushings in your old arms, not to mention cleanup and paint.
Rather than getting a bunch of shipping quotes, I am asking $300 shipped anywhere in the 48 contiguous states. Please send me a PM if interested. Thanks!
