Here's the Craigslist Post: Clicky

Meet Attie, a 19 years young 4runner with 255k miles. She’s taken me on many adventures and ready to take you wherever you need to go. She’s a limited trim with the rear e-locker, and yes, the clock works! Also the sunroof and rear window work great!
I acquired Attie with 200k miles. The first owner took her to the dealer for most of her services. The second owner didn’t give her the attention she deserves. Thankfully he didn’t have her long. I saw her potential and was willing to put in the work. I’m hoping the next person will appreciate that and continue taking care of her.
First thing I had to do was get the maintenance back on schedule. The fluids hadn’t been changed recently, the rotors were warped (common issue), and there was quite a bit of rust underneath. I replaced the front rotors and calipers with brakes from a Tundra. They fit perfectly and are an amazing upgrade for stopping power, and they don’t warp like the 4runner ones. I also spent about 80 hours underneath with a wire wheel and scotchbrite pads. I found a hole in the rear control arm mount (another known issue) but thankfully I caught it before it was fixable. Welded 3/16 plate over it to box it back in. Also coated the entire frame with Eastwood products. Rust encapsulater, chassis paint, and internal frame wax coating. Also put POR15 on the rear axle. Any bolt that came out went in with anti-seize or threadlocker. It’s in a much better place now than it was and should last much longer.
Next, I somehow stumbled on a TRD Supercharger. The 2nd gen with the replaceable nosecone! It came out of a 2001 with 60k miles. I installed this at 220k miles. I put a new dynamic tensioner on it and did a full service while it was out. Also did new spark plugs, wires, thermostat, and coolant (Toyota Pink of course). While I had it all opened up; I also bypassed the radiator with a transmission cooler. This completely avoids the possibility of the ‘strawberry milkshake’ problem. I also changed all the gear oil with synthetic oil.
Interior work was next. The leather driver seat looked like it was 200k miles old. I knew I wanted to add heated seats, so I added Wet Okole seat covers. They clean really easily. I put heated pads underneath and hard wired them in. The passenger seat also has a lumbar bladder. My wife really appreciated this for the long drive. The OEM radio left much to be desired, so it was replaced with an Alpine unit with Bluetooth, and a sub/amp. I also added a CB radio under the alpine unit and the antenna mount is in the OEM antenna hole in the fender. Has great reception with our group! I also love storage and organizing. I added a platform in the rear so I can get my camping gear in and out easier. I also made the rear compartment bigger. The sub is built into an enclosure that replaces the rear driver side seat. It fits a Yeti Tundra 65 perfectly with tie downs, and has a hinged compartment for storage. It’s pretty great and the rear seats come out very easily to put it in. Attie has a new Napa AGM battery put in 2 years ago. She starts strong and made it through our polar vortex with ease.
Now that the maintenance was back on par, it was time for the fun stuff. All of this was put on around 230k miles
2” lift using tundra TRD coils in the front and Old Man Emu 890 coils in the rear. Tundra bilstein 5100 shocks all around. This rides really well and articulates like crazy. Stuffing tires is amazing, and flexes great!
Budbuilt skid plate, lil-skip gas tank skid, and Stubbs Welding HD sliders. Attie will slide over any obstacle and be fully supported and protected. You can wrap the side around any obstacle, and it even protects against those rogue shopping carts, or the jerk who parks too close. I also flipped the rear hitch to gain about 4” of clearance.
285/75r16 General Grabber AT2 tires (33”) They stuff into the wheel wells great and have amazing traction. I also have a matching spare wheel and the biggest spare tire that will fit underneath in the factory spot.
Attie has been an amazing companion on trips. She takes you anywhere you want to go in style! Her local stomping grounds are Gilbert, MN. She tackles most of the trails there. Just not that crazy stuff for the buggies. Last spring we went to Moab, UT together. She drives comfortable on a long road trip, but also ran 8 trails over the week. Hardest trail we did was Steel Bender and we didn’t do any bypasses. She’s a champ and makes anyone look like a skilled driver. She has a Yakima rack to carry all of your goodies as well!
Now I’m not saying she’s perfect. The bumpers got beat up a bit in Moab. I always planned on getting aftermarket bumpers. The cat was stolen from the second owner. He brought it to a ‘muffler shop’ who definitely overcharged for the work completed. It’s got a bit of an exhaust leak but it hasn’t bothered me. I do have a new muffler ready to go. Planned on putting it on but it took too long to get here.

Bump for another price drop. Hoping to find a good home for the next person, or someone who wants all the upgrades and basically a free shell
