I am posting my T4R for sale. It has some issues, but would make a good truck or restoration project. It has some dings and scuffs here and there, but is in decent shape.
The good; it runs strong. No issues with the trans. I had disconnected the trans cooler years ago and installed a dedicated TRD trans oil cooler. This was done because as most of you know, there was an issue where the radiator was dumping radiator fluid into the trans on most aging T4R's. I corrected that. I still has decent tires. The started was replaced 4 years ago. The battery was just replaced. It has a moon roof. The air blows cold. The catalytic converter was also replaced about 5 years ago. I does not burn an excessive amount of oil. It doesn't have blue smoke coming out of the tail pipe. The rear struts were replaced and the top anchors to them were rotted and replaced as well. All windows and doors work as they should. The air blows cold. It has a tow receiver. The interior is in good shape. THe 4wd works great.
The Bad; Its got 240,000. It appears to have a problem with the differential, it will pull to the left when driving. The radio is stock and works, but it has the common radio issue with volume. It has minor dings as expected for its age. It will need a timing belt in 30,000. The fog lights are not in great shape or very bright. The rims are peeling paint as most Toyota rims do.
The main problem is the rear differential. I am getting a newer car and I don't need a beater so if anyone wants to make a decent offer come and get it. I'd like around $1400 or Best Offer. All offers will be considered.
