Afaik yes, I believe the mounting points are just spaced out differently to clear the places where the xreas is mounting to the chassis. I removed my xreas off my truck and didn't have any issues mounting the sliders. I emailed white knuckle just to be 100%.

I don't think its going to wind up being worth it for me, they're a large item and the shipping costs will probably offset most of the money I would get back for them.
