I built this drawer system about a year ago following the Adventure Index plans and materials. Solid birch & 500 lb locking slides.It's been painted with Monster Liner on the outside.
It's slightly modified to bolt down to the custom floor plate that I installed, but anyone should be able to make it work for their rig. Also mounted is a Tuff Stuff Overland Camp Fridge/Freezer locking slide which fits 55qt fridges. Worked perfectly for my ARB.
Also includes a sleeping platform extension
Dimensions are 40"L x 40"W x 11.5"H
