Can these be painted?

I need the left side to be white. I have an 08 sport has painted mirrors. Do you think these can be painted to match my stock mirror?

ok. I'll get back to you about the mirrors as soon as I find out what the differences are with your mirrors vs. the sport appearance package mirrors that I currently have on the runner.
