The day has come to finally thin my herd a little bit. Currently sitting with just over 12k miles, but barely goes up because it splits time with other vehicles. Basically in perfect condition. One owner garage kept NC truck.

Has never been off road or abused. I understand how crazy that sounds too.

If his radiator blew there would be discoloration (bright white residue) all over the engine bay.

Not unless you clean it up, the hoses still keep the discoloration.

So he's going to go through the trouble of cleaning an entire engine bay yet leave white residue on the radiator hose? Ok.

And no, the hose does not keep the discoloration. Coolant cleans off of radiator hoses easily even after it has dried.

Besides...that whiteish look to the hose is normal on Toyota radiator hoses. Mine looks exactly like his and I have a 2017 too.
