Stunning, Flawless & Unique 2015 4Runner SR5 4WD w/30,981 miles. Adult owned & title in hand. Only dealer serviced w/30K service just performed, needs nothing. This is an accident free, garaged, pavement queen vehicle! Owned by obsessive car enthusiast and babied since day one. Always waxed and pampered. Only highway use w/most miles from driving San Diego to Bend, Oregon. Never had a single issue w/this vehicle, not even a warranty repair. Purchased new from Toyota Escondido in November 2014. All dealer records including aftermarket upgrade receipts/work-orders. Upgrades include: fully adjustabe Fox 2.5 DSC front & rear shock, Total Chaos heim joint adjustable UCA's (front tires wear very even!), ARB front & rear lockers w/ARB air compressor (each locker can run independently), ARB rear differential breather kit, OEM size BFG KO2's (including spare), StopTech Cryo front & rear slotted rotors w/Akebono Performance pads plus steel brake lines front & rear, Baja Design LED off road lights front & rear, TRD rims & front skid plate, Entune Premium Audio/Nav, Pioneer speakers w/Dynamat, Escort radar detector(hardwired), Optima battery, LLumar window tint all windows, Clear 3M protective film on hood & mirrors, Gorgeous 100% full leather Katzkin custom interior w/perforated inserts, Line-X treated lower body molding (best mod I ever did!) and much more.... hate to sell this truck because I was planning on moving to Denver or Reno. However, family work obligations will now keep me in San Diego for a few more years and includes a company vehicle. My loss is your gain, I promise no disappointments for what is simply a wonderful professionally built-up vehicle (I have easily $60K+ in this rig). Rides as smooth as a Cadillac Escalade, corners like a BMW X5, but will off-road like a Billy Goat! I kid you not, every professional mechanic or shop owner has come back after and said, "That's the nicest handling 4Runner I have ever driven.". PLEASE go test drive the rest, then come see the best.

Built it with the plan of moving to Reno or Denver and having some fun in the local mountains there... however, family obligations are keeping me in San Diego for a few more years.

I noticed after only a 1,000+ miles, I was already getting little nicks in the front bumper. The option was a full clear bra or the Line-X route. After many hours & debate on what to actually paint, we came up with this look.


Why Best Mod?-
The Line-X makes it pretty much indestructable for my dogs, bushes, front rock chips and people who can't parallel park. Central Oregon throws out crushed Lava Rock in winter for traction and it hammers the front of everyones vehicle. Who's ever idea it was to put plastic painted bumpers on a 4WD was not very sharp in my book. An unforeseen benefit of the Line-X was that it cut down my hand washing time, its kinda like only having half a vehicle to maintain. Also, when returning from road trips to Oregon, I'd get a wonderful collection of insects and various crud on the front. A quick hit w/a power washer removes it all in seconds. (I still put 3M clear film on the leading edge of the hood, both mirrors and upper grill surround).

The install was done by a Line-X shop located in Escondido,CA. I bought new/unpainted Front & Rear bumpers plus all the wheel moldings from my Toyota Dealer, then dropped them off at Line-X. As you may know, pulling body moldings off will always result in a broken clip or hardware somewhere. I knew from past experience, shooting the pieces while still on the vehicle never turns out as well as a total removal job. Also, buying duplicate body pieces from Toyota allowed less "down time" for the truck.

Once the pieces were Line-X'd and ready for install, I simply drove down and the OEM painted parts where removed and the new Line-X'd ones were installed by a professional body repair shop down the street. There was some trimming and fine-tinning of the various fitments, but it came out perfect in the end and that was my goal... to look like it was factory made and totally perfect when up close in person. I think it worked because I am forced to carry a stack of the shop owners business cards in my glovebox for people who always ask me about it.
