Brand new as received 100% working order as intended. Installed and tested for 5 minutes at night and day. Petal heat sinks were never flared out. CANbus necessary for DRL non flicker is included. Plug and play. Purchased from xenondepot. Purchased for $155. $125 shipped via UPS Ground.
