FS - 5th Gen ARB Twin Compressor Mount (Pass Eng Compartment) - $115 to $150

Got any pics? That is basically the setup I want to eventually run. I would love to see the rear quick connect too. Do you find your safety valve blowing often? I have a 175psi valve that I was going to use, but maybe 150psi is a better idea.

I am assuming you have a leader hose from the tank to the manifold right?

No pics at the moment. But I took lots of inspiration from LOLSNOW's build here; my rear quick connect turned out basically the same. Gauge, regulator, and quick connect all built into the passenger taillight access panel.

Safety valve only releases if I pull it. The ARB dual AC turns off right at 150psi.

I have a 1/4" pneumatic line with "push-to-connect" fittings running from the tank to the manifold.

No real backlog... I did the last 14 a week ago... My current list have 3, but 2 are about done and I only have one to complete... just let me know when you ready...

UPDATE: Well after the last trip down she was getting better, she thru a clot and started seizing not breathing well, along with no kidney function.. It took her another week and she cam back a some...

They then transferred her to another city to a heart center... As her heart, lungs, and kidneys were not working much at all, they decided to do open heart surgery to replace her infected valves, which were throwing clots into her lungs which in turn filled with fluid, and both caused the problem with the kidneys...

They did the surgery this past Monday, by Tuesday morning she was sitting up in a chair, by Wednesday morning her kidneys started to function again and she no longer requires dialysis which they said she would be on for life...

Its been a true miracle.. The hospital staff has all been visiting her as they have never seen anyone turn around this fast from a near terminal condition... She has a long way to go still as she has some infection to fight, but we are very hopeful that she will now survive....

We have been down in SC most of this time... We were back home for a few days last week when we received a call that our daughter was not expected to survive and we need to get there as ASAP...

So we drove overnight and by the time we arrived 11 hours later, she had come out of the coma and pulled all her tubes and connections out and was breathing on her own, but was unable to move on her own or communicate... A day later, she was talking faintly, day three got up and sat in a chair, day four she walked hospital floor hallways we a break or two...

Her oxygenation levels are at ninety seven percent, her blood pressure is still up some but getting better, and kidneys are not working much yet but now are showing signs of improvement... The doc's saying the charting over the last month on her don't in anyway match the girl they are seeing now, a complete turn around...

She has another month or so in the hospital down south... We continue to pray for a complete recovery !...

I know I am way wayyyyy wayyyyyy behind right now, but I will do what I can...

Hello Everyone, I just wanted to post up and let you all know I am still around even though I have not been active or responsive to your inquires.

My last few weeks I have spent in Sumpter, SC with my daughter who is on life support with a mass infection which has damaged her heart and longs which lead to kidney failure and is being kept in a medically induced coma. The doctors are doing all they can, but say her only real hope is her age (33). She is hanging on and we are hopeful and pray that she can turn this around. Keep her in you prayers.

I will do what I can to get caught up on the orders, and I have also enlisted the help of a local machine shop to pre-cut materials to my spec' (however these are a few weeks out) so my build time will be lessened.

2013 and up have the smog pump. You'll only need this mount if you're going to run a secondary battery using the shrockworks dual battery mount. besides that the base mount will work just fine

I had believed all 5th gens' have smog pumps, although I do see that [MENTION=144499]Dbentley[/MENTION] above stated already that they are in the 2013 model and above. The smog pump is located in the front passenger side mirroring the OEM stock battery location.

If you plan a second battery in the same location as the smog pump, you need to relocate the smog pump to the passenger side near the firewall to allow for said second battery...

When selecting a single/twin compressor version, you need to keep this in mind as the compressor needs to mount over the smog pump..

My version #1 will work over the shrockworks smog pump relocation kit, or you can select my option 'c' which provide a small bracket to mount the smog pump on under my compressor mount...

Here below is the OEM stock location of the smog pump.

FINAL UPDATE: We picked our daughter up in SC and brought her home a few days ago.

She is still week from not being in the hospital for about 2 months, but she is walking and talking and looking forward to life !....

I have two (2) older style BANDI 4Runner mounts for the ARB twin/single compressor with the ARB manifold mount option (mounts under main plate) available...

This older style mount was made to sit lower then the current version which allows for a 1 gallon tank / smog pump to be mounted below it... So if you don't intend on mounting a tank or second battery, this compressor mounting system will meet your needs plus allow for the optional mounting of the ARB manifold too...

Originally these were priced at $115 compressor mount + $25 manifold mount + $15 shipping = $155...

Right now, these 2 older styles will be each $50 + $15 shipping...

Here is my Bandi Mount above my Shrockworks Smog relocation bracket with a custom electronics panel I built. Nothing fancy like a manifold. Just some good pictures of it all mounted up. The tolerances are incredibly tight and I hope I don’t have to work on the electronics below any time soon. Make sure you do a dry fit so you can figure out what bolts need to be tight and which ones to leave loose before you mount your compressor to the bracket. There are some bolts you just can’t access once the compressor is mounted to the Bandi Mount. I will say that a ratchet extension with a wobble adapter at the end is darn near essential to mount this. Additionally, I had to purchase a low profile 19mm monkey wrench to crank down the ARB air chuck so it didn’t hit the under side of my hood. I’m quite happy with the bracket and it performs as advertised.
