These came installed on my 06 4Runner when I bought it. I've since changed to aftermarket wheels and have no need for these spacers. They are All Pro part number 6818-AP-6x5.5-1.5, and are of the lug-centric variety.
Whether or not Lug-centric or Hub-centric is going to work better in your specific application, I can't say. All I can say is they worked just fine on my Runner with OEM wheels. No weird vibrations, wobbles, or anything.
All Pro recommends running extended thread (ET) style lug nuts with these, so I'll mention that here as well.
These are $180 for a full set, brand new. I'll let them go for $100 plus shipping. I'm not sure how much that will be, but from the looks of it, I should be able to cram them into a medium sized USPS flat rate box.
