I have a set of clear turn signals for a 1996-1998 4Runner.

how much shipped to 39305? and do they leak any? i noticed the gasket looked like it was coming apart

The asking price includes shipping... but I don't take PayPal (long story, short version reads: they owe me $600), so you'll have to send a money order.

As for leaks, I have no idea... I got these along with some other parts in a package deal. I have a 2000 T4R and they don't fit, so I never used or installed them. I would suggest that you replace the gaskets or re-use the existing gasket upon install.
