I have for sale a custom made tire rack carrier for the 96-02 4runner, it was specifically designed to fit a 1996 4Runner with a 1.5" body lift. My idea was to create a swingout tirerack that still incorporated the stock bumper and it works perfectly. I ended up spending over $1000 to get this built just right. It includes a license plate mount with LED LP lights and harness, professional grade bump stops, Daystaco locking latch, and a Comp 4x4 heavy duty hinge. It has a mount for a 48" hi lift jack. It also includes an integrated trailer hitch, as it was built onto the unit for added strength. I will take $350 for it, it is extremely structurally sound but could use some fresh paint or powdercoating.
