I had these powedercoated at prince wheel service in Monroe North Carolina. THey are powdercoated tri-color gunmetal (the 3 colors they used were silver, dark gray and black) and then they also did a clear coat on all of them, so as good as you can get powdercoat job and color. They were plasti-dipped for a winter, the plasti dip has been peeled off but there is still some around the lug nut area that needs to be scrapped off, the wheels are sold as is so buyer needs to scrap off if it bothers them (it comes off with hard rubbing and a micro fiber towel, easy to do, just takes some time).
$400 OBO. Come with black center caps.
