FS: Mounting Bracket for RTMR Fuse/Relay, 4th/5th gen, $75 Shipped

I made three of these kits and only needed one so now I have two extras for sale.

The brackets are steel, black powder coated, and very durable. Kits include fasteners.

At some point, possibly 2014 models and beyond, Toyota decided to stop including the weld nut on the top of the wheel well to which my lower bracket mounts. If enough people are interested, I can change the design and fab some more brackets.

The pictures below show how the bracket mounts on a 2006 SR5. Whether 4th or 5th, make sure you have the threads shown by the arrow (or at least a hole so you can run a bolt through it). The other bracket mounts onto the side of the fender.

RTMR boxes are not included but I can custom build RTMR boxes for you if that sounds interesting.

got one! awesome! this is going to look way better than the crappy bracket i cut and forced to fit, and i get a genuine enginerd4ni creation! stoked! :nerd:

also, why aren't you making these for sale? I would have bought one long ago if i knew you made something like this (because nobody does), and i would actually have preferred it just be a flat surface with no holes, because i am just going to use this as a perch for a NSA trail toys box.

Haha, at one point I thought about making a business out of this stuff but I'm too busy on my own rig to find the time to set it up. Right now, I sell these for cost as a gift to the community. To make profit, I would have to get large volumes and likely get one of my suppliers overseas to build. That being said, I can make one-off custom designs for panels to fit other bolt patterns, cutouts, and accessories, but I couldn't amortize the cost of the waterjet and powder coating (and my engineering time) across other parts getting made at the same time. A one off will cost me closer to $150-200 in materials but if someone in the community needs something custom and has the $$, I'd be glad to help!

The panels, as of a few hours ago, are sold out. If you are not in a hurry, I can make more the next time I waterjet some more steel. (Might not be for 6+ months) Or if I can get a "group buy" of 4+ orders. (Custom cutouts would cost extra but would be included in the group buy minimum participation)

To better answer your question, these panels are just steel panels that can accept two Cooper/Bussman RTMR boxes (sold separately). I do custom build RTMR boxes as well and they start around $100 each. RTMR boxes that I typically make have 5 fused relays and 5 fused live connections in a high temperature IP66/67 enclosure.
