I received a request to post this photo. Below is a photo of the factory airbox from this 1996. This is all factory - no modifications have been made. All of these are the same for 3.4 3rd Gens from 1996-1998... there is a different air box starting in 1999. You might need these components if you plan on running a snorkel or just want to go back to stock (for various reasons). This thread is for the airbox, not the MAF or the tubes extending from it.
These are so difficult to find without broken tabs. I find one or two good ones a year... that means that I've seen several hundred that are broken. If you need this airbox go ahead and get it.
I will sell this for $75 plus $24 shipping (Continental U.S.) for a total of $99.

Does it still have the spare tire tool kit? I am looking only for the cloth bag and the two tools inside of it, not the bottle jack or the longer jack handle.

It does not have the jack set. If it did I would sell the entire kit together, not break it up. Chances are not good that someone else is looking for exactly the parts you don't want.
