Fraudulent Seller Warning
I negotiated a purchase and paid for this item on January 2nd and the seller has yet to ship the rack. He claims the shipping cost is more than anticipated, but that is not my problem. I asked him to refund my money and he can relist the rack. He said that he would refund me when he sells the rack as he doesnÂ’t have the money. Forum members are forwarded. Moderators need to ban this clown.
