Trading in my '04 4-Runner and have the Scion head unit that I've used for the past few years. Works great, and sounds better than the stock head unit. The steering wheel controls work with it as well.
The only thing I've noticed, and it's been like this since day one, is that when you press very firmly on the upper right hand corner of the face the display lights go brighter. Let go, and it's back to the normal light amount. (which matches the 4-Runners interior lights) Very minor detail, and it's never even been an issue, but I'd just assume and be 100% honest about this item. Other than that, it works and sounds great.
Here's a recent picture that does show the radio. I used this picture, along with others, to e-mail to a dealer for trade-in details. So, I apologize that the picture is more centered on the radio. I can take more pictures if someone would like.
I seem to recall paying $130 or so for it. Make your best offer and we'll go from there.
