They are oem springs so I'm guessing 250k miles. I have no idea about the shocks.

Will these fit a 3rd gen? Would it be 3" in the front and rear with the spacers?

Yes, it should fit any 3rd gen. The 2in spacer is only for the front. You would have to source a rear spacer or use it with lift springs.
