I'm looking to sell my 1997 Yamaha Exciter twin jet 220hp jetboat. It's been an awesome boat, but I'd really like to pick up an LS2000 (another Yamaha jetboat) so that I can seat more people. This boat seats 5.
This boat can do almost 50mph on the water and can turn on a dime. Go watch some YouTube videos of these boats, they're so much fun.
Boat has a new right side motor due to the infamous oil line failure (previous owner). Oil lines have since been upgraded so that doesn't happen again. Cosmetically she is in pretty good shape. There is a slight tear in the seat, but it's not that bad. Rub rails have seen better days. Haven't had any issues with starting her up and running on the water. This summer I've had a blast pulling wakeboarders and people on the tube. I live north of Atlanta (in Acworth), but I keep the boat stored in Chattanooga at my family's lake house. I can bring the boat down to Acworth or Lake Alatoona for serious buyers.
