Fuel Consumption is high..Solved

Update 11 Jan 23

Happy new year to all

I replaced the spark plugs, old ones where Denso IKH22 that comes with Magnusson kit. They are rubbish and only rated for 20K to 30K km. After a long research a managed to find an alternative NGK P/N LFR7AIX. The engine runs smother now and consumption dropped to an average of 15.2 l/ 100Km (15.5MPG).

To sum up consumption was reduced from an average of 17.5 l/ 100km to 15.2 l/ 100km by simply replacing the Air Filter and Spark Plugs all other conditions remains the same except ambient temp dropped by about 10 Celsius.

Good luck to you all.

Are you using the MPG value from the display or are you calculating it yourself? There has been mention in the past that the display MPG value is not all that accurate.
