Fuel leak?

Hey everyone! I have had this issue for quite a while now. CEL is on and I can smell gas in the driver side rear wheel well right after I drive. My filler neck was replaced recently and that didn't help. I'm thinking a fuel line on top of the tank maybe? Anybody had a similar issue, any ideas? I have a 2002 4runner btw. I think it has a newer type gas tank.

What is the CEL #. Chances are you have a bad evaporative canister or related parts. Very common.

But without a CEL # it is hard to say. If it is P04-- it is most likely what Ive said.

Yeah its the 3 evap codes, dont remember the numbers though but its the incorrect purge flow, purge control cercuit malfunction or something like that. I most likely have a bad pcv but would that cause a fuel smell? Could I have a rusted out line or something?
