Wanted to see if anyone has a thought...
My '01 SR5 T4R cranks, but wont fire. It did this once (while hunting in NE), then fired right up and drove 500+ miles w/no problem. Now it's dead again. Right when it happened, it would start briefly, lope @ a low RPM, then kill. It only did this twice and now only cranks.
I just replaced the fuel filter yesterday (hoping for a simple, cheap plugged filter), but still no fire. I left the 'upstream/in' fuel line loose and tried to crank it...no fuel sprayed.
This pretty much means no fuel is being supplied, i.e. a bad pump right?!! Just want to check my "math" and see if anyone has a better thought.
Thanks
