Fuel talk: anyone go over triple digits yet?

yes... i use 91 and the station was higher than usual, but i had no choice.

(no, i dont want to spend $10 then go to another station for cheaper prices.)

Gas will have to be a bit almost $6.50/gal for me to hit $100 in my 3rd gen.

Not yet. Dropped $77 into the ol' tank this past weekend ($4.039/gal). Give it another month or so and I'm sure I'll be hitting close to the triple digits. Been a while since I had to fill it up too since the wife has been driving it. Definitely a little shocked when I heard the pump click off and looked over to see the final tally. Ouch.

I just put in 17.861 gallons this a.m. at $4.199 per gallon for a grand total of $75. The good news is I got 350 miles for 19.6 MPG. Not bad for a V8 with my mods.

Wow, prices there are easily $0.40 higher. It's $4.50-4.80 here for regular. I don't run my tank down to less than 1/4. What I pay now for half a tank, it was a full tank when I first got the 4R. I hope this speculating bubble bursts.

Yep, I used the entire $75 limit the other day as well. Of course I cant complain, I filled up last weekend for 3.79/gal.

But that's 170L of fuel.
