Fuel wheels, what off-set?

Ok, I'm sure its been covered but I searched and cant seem to find it. I was able to sell off a few things this week and I'm hoping to get wheels and tires for my rig. Specs are in my sig but I'm planning a Toytec lift instead of the DS spacers.
I'm going with 17's and would like to know which off-set to get so that I dont need spacers but still get the wheels pushed out. Wheel off-set is one off those things that just doesnt stick in my head. I suppose that if I knew the off-set on my stock wheels (18" Limited) and knew how to measure off-set then I could make the decision, but, I dont know and need a little help! Sorry , that was long winded. :)

Type in "wheel offset calculator" as a google search. There are plenty of helpful diagrams that explain how it works.
