functional hitch ideas / lo profile hitch?

I have a hitch on my 97 but it is pretty unsightly. It just hangs out back not looking to flow with the body lines looking real chunky. Though I appreciate the ability to tow I was wondering what you guys have done to make it look better. I wish the hitch was more integrated into the bumper like on the newer trucks.

Is there such a thing as a low profile hitch or a hidden hitch of some sorts?

And I have seen the beer opener hitch covers but they just seem like in bad taste though highly functional. Can I see what you all have done to your 3rd gen hitches/hitch covers?

I've seen guys on here cut the bumper and flip the hitch.
